Sketch Sprint, the game that started the site
October 9, 2026
Sketchpad Arcade exists because of one request: take our sister site's boardwalk runner and make it look like a ten-year-old drew it in pencil in a sketchbook. We did, and the result was Sketch Sprint.
What a sketch twin is
A sketch twin is the same game underneath, with every piece of art redrawn in pencil. Same corners, same power-ups, same unlockable runners, but the path twists through downtown, the backyard, the park, a creek and the woods instead of the beach, and the eight runners are kids with backpacks instead of beach animals. Fixes on one side reach the other, which keeps both games honest.
Why a second site
We thought about offering the sketch look as a toggle inside each game and decided against it. The sketch versions have their own names and their own mood, and they deserve a home where everything matches, right down to the hand-drawn buttons and the graph-paper background. Keeping the sites separate also keeps each one simple: Beach Day Arcade stays bright and painted, and Sketchpad Arcade stays pencil and paper.
Sketch Sprint is still the game we show people first. Swipe the way the arrow points to take each corner, jump the logs, slide under the nets, and collect stars to unlock the rest of the kids.
